We're from North Carolina, but inherited a lot in Maine. Liz sold the lot for us. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish. It was a bit of a project, to say the least, without a whole lot in it for her, but she stuck with it and got us the best result we could have hoped for. I highly recommend Liz and her team. Liz was recommended to us , so we called her. We were traveling abroad when the house came on the market. We arrange to do a video walk through. Liz assigned Kayla to the sale, not the buyer specialist. Unbeknownst to us , liz was the seller's agent. The video tour of the basement did not point out any of the issues that you see in the pictures. I was at fault for not getting a inspection. I take the blame for that.
I am sad that while Liz and Kayla were here no issues were pointed out. I needed to post this an attempt to move past my anger.

I would highly recommend Emily Weeks. We recently worked together through a transaction where questions and situations came up throughout the process, and Emily handled everything quickly, professionally, and with great communication every step of the way.
